Tips for you to find good employees

The challenge for entrepreneurs is to find and get the right employees, good and trustworthy. Often indeed found complaints from entrepreneurs, about looking the right and good employees. difficulty getting employees in accordance with what we wanted.

 





Here I give tips to get the right employees are:

  
  • Never accept an employees because of a sense of pity, because the family / relatives / friends or people who offered to work voluntarily. Employees will appreciate us, if recruitment was difficult compared with the easy recruitment.

  • The basic thing that needs to be possessed by the candidates are:

             a). The spirit of willingness to work.
             b). Honesty.
             c). Ability / skill.

  • Remember, never accept an employee who does not have those 3 things. And if it does not have the spirit but has honesty and skill, we can still give motivation. If employees do not have the skills, but he is honest and has a strong spirit, we can still give training. But if employees do not have honesty though he has the spirit and ability, never received.
